Training / ACADEMY FIELD NOTES

Record the work. Understand the progress.

A useful training log goes beyond the weight on the bar.

Make the session repeatable.

Record the exercise, load, repetitions and working sets. Add a short note about execution or range of motion when it changes. A consistent record gives you and your coach something concrete to review.

Compare like with like.

More weight does not tell the whole story if the movement has changed. Look at your notes alongside your numbers. Better control and a more consistent range of motion are also worth recording.

Guide the next step.

The Academy’s Pro-Load Method uses structured changes over time. Bring your training log to your check-in so adjustments can reflect the work you actually completed.
